The TrackFlex w/ Skid Steer Attachment Kit is our best selling system in the USA. The universal hydraulic and mounting point enables rapid installation onto existing skid steer or wheeled loaders.


The 141Gal water tank and hydraulic water pump, fully integrated onto the SunBrush, streamlines the whole operation. Existing SunBrushes can very easily be retrofitted with this skid kit.


SunBrushes patented WashTronic float mechanism takes care of lurching as it passes over ground undulation, and SunBRush joystick simply mounts in cab.

FAQ'S

  • Is the brush certified for cleaning of solar panels?

    The SunBrush has been specifically designed for the cleaning of solar panels, and either fits inside cleaning parameters or has certification, from panel manufacturers. Reach out to the team to discuss specific panel certifications if you need any in particular. 

  • How does the brush work on uneven ground?

    The float system - “WashTronic” - keeps the pressure constant on the panel regardless of ground contours and/or panel height/angle. The system is independent of the tractor hydraulics and uses a nitrogen accumulator system to enable the brush to float.

  • Can I clean different panel sizes using the same SunBrush & Tractor?

    Yes, the system is completely modular and the same TrackFlex can hold different brush sizes depending on the site to be cleaned. It is a 10-15 minute process to change between the 10ft, 15ft, 20ft & 25ft brushes. They are all in-stock at our warehouse, and brushes can be purchased later if a different panel array than normal needs to be cleaned. 

  • How many panels can I clean in a day?

    It depends on the panel array and soiling severity but can be calculated using a forward speed of 1mph. 

    1P array: 1000 to 1500panels/hour.

    2P array: 2,000 to 3000/hour

    First Solar S4 panels: 6,000 to 12,000/hour.

  • Does the brush come with a water pump?

    The SunBrush can be purchased wit ha PTO water pump (tractor system), Hydraulic water pump (Skid Steer / Loader) or a 12Volt Electric pump (all vehicles). Depending on the brush length and soiling type, we can recommend the most suitable pump for the system.
