PRODUCT SUMMARY

The WallCleaner is an effective and easy to use wall, tunnel or facade cleaning tool. Mountable on any unit with pallet forms, or can be adapted to fit on boom arms and other lifting equipment.


The built in float mechanism provides a constant cleaning load onto the wall, regardless of driver operation, and has an automatic safety function to warn the operator if limits are being reached.


Brush rotation speed is adjustable through the carrier vehicle hydraulics, and the brush can spin for vertical or horizontal cleaning depending on use. The unit folds up for transport and comes with four legs for simple storage or trucking from site to site.

FAQ'S

  • Can the WallCleaner also be used for Solar Panel Cleaning?

    No, the bristle used for wall cleaning is far more abrasive than what we use for panels, and therefore cannot be used for both jobs! 

  • Is it easy to install & operate?

    The WallCleaner fits on any vehicle with pallet forks and auxiliary hydraulics. Skid-Steers, Tele-handlers, forklifts & tractors can all do the job. There is a small electric controller to operate transport position and rotation, other than that, you just need to focus on driving straight. 

  • Does the brush keep pressure against the wall?

    The system has a built-in compressed air tank that pushes the brush against the wall at a pressure from 0-50psi depending on the wall surface. The system has a 5ft tolerance and will give a warning if getting close to operation limits. 

  • Are the brushes replaceable?

    Yes, the wall cleaner bristles easily slide on&off the central tube when worn out, and can be replaced very quickly.
